Originally from Kazakhstan, Art Seroff came to Vancouver with a singular focus: to master real estate through performance, integrity, and execution.

From national powerlifting champion to one of the top 1% real estate advisors in Greater Vancouver, Art’s career has been defined by discipline, integrity, and long-term client relationships.

Over more than a decade, he has guided homeowners, investors, and developers through hundreds of transactions, ranging from first-time purchases to complex land assemblies and pre-sale portfolios. Most of Art’s business comes through long-term client relationships and referrals.

Outside of real estate, Art spends most of his time with his family — his wife, their two young boys, and their dog. Much of their free time is spent outdoors, staying active through Orangetheory Fitness, hiking, and exploring the North Shore.
